Today was an extra special day as we had engineers from Lockheed Martin come and do an engineering program in classroom!
We learned about how they build airplanes and watched a video of the F35 that was built at Lockheed Martin. We also learned that in order to build the airplane the engineers had to work together.
The students got an assignment from the engineer to build the tallest tower using only 4 pieces of paper, 3 pieces of tape and a pair of scissors. They came up with some very creative towers & worked well as a team!

See if you and your child can build a tower using only 4 pieces of paper, 3 pieces of tape & a pair of scissors! Can you build a taller tower than the winning tower?
